Free U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

Processing and delivery
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. After dispatch, most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be longer because of carrier, customs, weather, or other logistics delays.

Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners and may ship from outside the United States. We do not claim same-day dispatch or domestic fulfillment.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking may take several business days to show movement after the shipment is created.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at mertkaradja71@gmail.com if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays or delivery issues
